Is it right to assume that only real reason why we need LAMCO is because then Lehman estate can price remaining assets differently. I mean right now they have to be priced as short term assets with their liquidation value. If they let LAMCO to manage those assets, then Lehman estate can automatically (with asset management contract) change those same assets into long term assets and put a much higher price label on?
