JADA could stop the bleeding here at any time if they so choose. Assuming Millstone's reporting is correct re the audit report being done, JADA could simply issue a PR releasing earnings. Even if they anticipate a few days or another week delay in filing the 10-K (which hopefully they don't), they could still show a sensitivity to shareholders right now by releasing earnings today.
