depends whether you are perceived by Megas as a 'real' shareholder or 'fake' shareholder.
It doesn't matter what DTC or SEC or brokers tell you.
Actually, I have written proof when I purchased the shares, as a receipt for funds spent as to being a share holder.. Megas has NO ligetimate right to tell me, I am Not one. PERIOD.. If that is/was the case, he wouldn't of stopped the shareholder lawsuit, and pursued in his Legal efforts.
I explained the reason before why Megas did the lawsuit, and I stand by it, to get information on how and who sold the shares into the market.. WHAT I guess he didn't think of and his so-called lawyers, is that information hasn't been sealed.. Nuf said on that... So, I am now allowed to say this in public, Mr. Thomas Megas,, Lets see how big a boy you are... Lets play, and I don't mean in a sand lot...
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave
safely in a well-preserved body,
but rather to skid in sideways,
totally worn-out, shouting,
'Holy shit! What a ride!'
