JERUSALEM -- 04/15/10 -- IDenta Corp. (PINKSHEETS: IDTA) today announced that top executives of the company, Yaacov Shoham, CEO, Baruch Glattstein, Chief Scientist, and Amichai Glattstein, Product Manager, will be in the USA in the next week to attend important strategic meetings related to future growth of the company.

IDenta Corp CEO Yaacov Shoham states, "This business trip to the US is by far one of the most important trips since we started our company and it will help guide the future growth of IDenta as we embark on this phase of expected increased demand for our products."

We will be in the New York area and in Los Angeles - San Diego area for the following issues:

1. To continue and implement with the New York based company Earthbound, the marketing program for the previously mentioned eight retail and drug store chains. As was already released in the past, the process is a long one but at least with some of the drug chains we are in a continuing progress, hoping that in the coming summer time we will be able to have the New General Drug Testing kit on the shelves of at least one (probably more) of the drug store chains.

2. Meeting and probably hiring a well known consultant (based in New York) in the Homeland Security and Army industry. We at IDenta understand the necessity to have the company's personal representatives in the states, working on IDenta's payroll. This step is needed because the USA markets are completely different from all other markets (where IDenta Corp. is working through local representatives).

This step will also allow IDenta Corp. to hire IDenta's personal representatives, working only with IDenta's products in the American Homeland Security and Army industry.

IDenta Corp. is ready and has the financial ability to make the above mentioned changes due to the sales of the different products in the last couple of years in many different countries.

3. In San Diego, IDenta Corp. executives will have meetings with the multi-national company (based in Chicago) to discuss the last remaining issues related to R&D and Quality Control, before signing the final agreement.

A first announcement about this very important connection was released in a press release dated March, 15 2010.

4. During our business trip in the states, IDenta's executives will have several more meetings with the Canadian representative, with Jant Pharmacal and with the executives of an American company that is already selling IDenta's drug detectors through the internet. At those meetings we will discuss the steps to be taken to improve the sales of the IDenta's products.

Mr. Shoham also states, "We must have our company positioned, through strong relationships, to be ready to meet the increased demand for our kits as our company matures. Many of these relationships are now in place."
