NEP Absolutely no excuse to wait 45mins before a CC to cancel with no new date...Fukin morons...get the whole trading world watching you and then screw the whole thing up.....over 100 days since the end of 2009 and they wait till 45 mins to cancel.....disgusting....permanent damage done to managements imagine.
