Wow, did I find some interesting data last night in my searches.

Did you know that a court has filed a restraining order against SPNG and World Stock Transfer regarding the issuance of any new shares? Or, that SPNG has submitted a memo to the courts admitting that they have no additional headroom to issue any more shares without raising the Authorized Shares?

Did you also know that the manufacturing run rate of Dicon supports at best $3 Million in wholesale revenues?

Maybe one of you guys wants to ask Mosco about the Restraining order and how that coincides with all of his touting of buying back shares. It is in black and white that they have hit their authorized limits and in black in white dated 2010.

The gig is up and Mosco knows he is going down.
