Straw man arguments. NO proposals are on the table for tax rates anything like you mention. But for that matter check what they were during the Eisenhower years and what the economic growth rate was.

The appropriate comparison would be the rates in the Clinton years. And no the employment and new job growth were not due mostly to IPO's.

By the way, middle class tax cuts went in to effect exactly one year ago and the Bush tax cuts on the upper income levels have remained in effect.
