Bad news regarding the Court case.

BKMP has been removed from the case. And the reason for it? Get this, Samai Singjan has contacted Ed Nordholm and stated that BKMP did not want to be a participate in the lawsuit.

Since Samai is listed as the president of BKMP, there was no choice for Mike Garrow and the Lawyers, but to remove BKMP from the lawsuit.

Why Samai did this? I have no idea.
