QUESTION FOR THE BOARD! Can SPNG shareholders under the Freedom Information Act obtain copies of SPNG's corporate income tax returns (2007, 2008 and maybe, if filed, 2009)IRS Form 1120? I don't think you can but I really don't know. Since they have not issued any financial statements to its shareholders I wonder if a case can be made to have the governement release that info (just one of my many wild ass thoughts)
