I am basing it off of revenue of $10 million. They just added their 14th location so I'm sure they probably have substantial assets as well to add to that revenue number. The profit number is the most important part though... that is what will keep them around and they are projecting $2 million this year.

This month I have said, "I can't wait until Monday" far too often!
