Its not the company, its the 3rd party that has the shares now...Company already has the money...What we need to watch is when and where they unload..If they get tired of holding we could see 250mil dump into the weekend...or they can hold them for a rally, er, P&D momo run and sell into it like last year and the year before...Its how pinks raise money....

Reporting companies allow you to track the shares at least. Here we don;t know when or where they will hit so buying high is usually bad...

1.35bil shares is a lot...IMO...but momo can make it run if they silence the real traders....
