That's a lot of froms ;)

Speculators buying from those not so sure of future price appreciation?

Shorts covering at another relatively low pps, buying from that same crowd who wonder if TIV's dilutive financing will continue, and continue to drive the PPS down?

The specialist and his buds churning some volume to methodically suck in a few more buyers?

From here to two bucks is a nice percentage gain in a short period of time ... annualize that and it's very nice ... perhaps the same crowd who IMHO got an early heads up on the toxic financing PR and dumped beforehand now have a heads up on a PR which, accurately or otherwise, will portend yet another great opportunity for potential TIV buyers.

TIV is now in the land of traders looking for 20%-50% pops up from lows and a cabal who IMHO is operating on inside information.

I thought TIV was a bit smarmy in the past with their wink wink nudge nudge antics and cavalier PR tactics.

Now that it seems to be continuing ... this game of padding the pockets of a few eager 'financiers' who in reality get huge discounts on the outright purchase of shares + the opportunity to short with abandon from the initial higher PPS and subsequently cover with those discounted shares + the protected "repriceable" warrants which give them even more flexibility to play games and profit whilst the average shareholder is merely whipsawed and diluted ... it all stinks to high heaven in my opinion and nothing has changed except the names on the stationary.

TIV seems to now be a house built of paper cards rather than a bona fide oil/gas producing company, having evolved from the "wildcatter" always hyping the next big home run to a denizen of the financial world where producing shares, salaries and favors for friends is the modus operandi.

ALL IMHO but I've sure seen quite a few other companies go down this very road.

All in all, I could give a flying flip lol, but it sure is entertaining to watch! ;)
