On the surface you are dead on. What we do have is a CEO that won't quit and has an offer on the table to settle all this with Lawyers talking and Syrei is still in the mix. AND there is huge volume last week, 400 million. I got letters from Lime Truck and Syrei concerning AWYI and Lime Truck is out but Syrei is still on board IF the financing gets fixed. Arne does have people in the wings with money BUT, as you pointed out, Cornell-Yorkville must agree to settlement terms.
SO, I think it is a little more than a lotto ticket but certainly a risky pink. I would look else where if I weren't entrench here, that's for sure. I'm not trying to encourage anybody to buy Ariel Way. I'm trying to encourage those of us who are in it for the long haul, whatever that may be?
That's about it.
As I was going up the stair, I met a man that wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. I wish to God he'd go away.
