She went to college and learned and did well for one, just like our algae expert. Why don't you email the company and ask the question in a intelligent and respectful manner or do your own DD more than just doing a quick search and dash.

Believe me gator, there are lots of hot shot, very intelligent people coming from halls of knowledge. I know, I been there a couple of times, have gotten pretty good at recognizing them IMO. Ones who have grit, and the diligence, and intelligence to get things done and done right. Like Moniqe at BEHL, they learn, improve, and continue learning and improving, like one should do in stock trading unlike some.

But don't just come here and hint around, find out what is up, come back with a report, a good one with specific things with specific things a member of a company should have and doesn't. The "credentials" as you put it are being shown right now, IMO if one just cares to look. Monique Berry is doing a good job, what is supposed to be done to help this company succeed and giving it her all in most reasonably intelligent peoples eyes.

Maybe you can come up with some intelligent specific reports of what she is not doing and why she should do them and let us all know so that it can be debated or not. That would be better than the question of what is not known in ones opinion. I would like to hear some answers and a true report of factual findings from real work done. That is the right way to do it.
