The bonds were held in a trust agreement in which CSHD was named beneficiary. Why go through all that trouble? The vast majority never saw those documents, or even cared...and even if they saw them, they didn't understand them. Those that did, would have been smart enough not to buy CSHD, or any penny stock...
All you ever needed in penny land to pump a price, is a good stock promoter...I just don't understand why all the documents and agreements...most of which many here wouldn't even know about, were they not posted here...when they can get you into a whole lot more trouble than simple fraud charges...peeps bought on the PRs and SEC filings...that is all that was ever needed to pump the price.
