First off, you really should work on getting your news in a more timely manner. That article is from Feb. 27th and is very old news. If you think it had any effect on the direction of CDIV just check the chart from the past 45 days...

Second, good luck to you on your shorting because you will surely need it. Nothing bad to say here, no need to flame you, but you have seriously jumped in front of a speeding train. The carnage will be all over the windshield if you don't move out of the way in time.
