today's volume 185,210 = ( only 100K at .08 = $8,000 = not bad for a day's of work of raising additional capital )

last at .09 ( that's below .000 1 .... that was followed by a 1 for 1,000 shares Reverse Split )

Bid & Ask as of the closing today:

Bid at .07 x Ask of .089

and THAT is a fact and it is NOT good ! ( that's MY opinion )

I feel for those who still hold INCL shares. I do. I have been there MANY times myself and the CEOs of those comps have my money now.

I want to get one of these Pink Sheet Money Cows for myself ...........
