The euroclear system is only played in by a few as you stated for a DESIGNED REASON. That reason is enrichment of a few



Euroclear is a posting and settlement system designed to keep scammers like Rufus from selling junk.

Now back to cshd's assets, they are there in the numbers I posted



They have no assets, which is why Rufus cannot produce proof he ever owned any of those securities.
