i would fully expect a r/s done on exph
but there is little *incentive* for one
to be done at this moment or most likely
this year .. i would expect a r/s to be
a factor b4 the co. uplists .. depending
upon what fins show for last year and of
course what transpires in 2010 and if both
are audited .. it could happen in 2011 ..

we'll see .. again everyone who takes a
position in an electively reporting co.
on the otc should *imo* always expect that
possibility of r/s ..

that said .. for those of us used to jd's ways
it will be interesting to see what the co.s
new ceo has to say *if anything* on this topic

time will tell
