Don’t let the list scare any of you! Must items on the list can be quickly addressed if it hasn’t been already, just need to officially respond. My experience working with the State of Wisconsin DNR, USDA and WDA in building waste water treatment plants and installing anaerobic digesters in the dairy industry is that there is always a list of knock off items that need to be satisfied. 90% of the items generally are easy, then there is one or two items that make take a little longer and sometimes money, however there is always a solution, and in the end we always achieve DNR approval. Same will apply here! Strong relationships with the DNR also can go along ways.
