The SEC assumed the total bond issue was $500M, when it fact it was extended to $768M...at the time, that left more than $500M unsold. So it was possible for CSHD to own $500M worth of that issue. Whether that document is a forgery or not, is the question...or perhaps there was collusion with persons in Venezuela.
