RE: Lee Cole Resignation

Kasode, welcome to the board. I think we're probably all reading Lee Cole's resignation statements the same way, and IF TRUE, it would certainly be a positive for EGMI and a sign that EGMI is tremendously underpriced now at $.21 PPS.

The key words are IF TRUE. My concern is that this statement is coming from the same control person with responsibility for EGMI's financial statements for at least 2006 through 2008 -- the same financial statements that the independent auditors have now withdrawn their opinion from due to irregularities.

How much can Lee Cole's statements be trusted? We hope Lee Cole is correct, but until the forensic review is completed and amended financial reports filed we simply won't know.
