Most here don't have a clue how complicated and involved this deal is. It's not your local contractor who can run around pooling cash flows from various jobs to make things work (even though it is illegal to do that) because there is no scrutiny (until he messes up).

The sp is holding nicely considering the additional shares. I just wish I could add about 10 million more at these levels, but I can't.
