Management being very careful not to release any information that could impact pps.
SPNG can not uplist without filing the financials. They are very reluctant to file the financials, so they can not uplist. Management is holding strong to this strategy .And so we get PR’s about “management enhancement” and “softer burn sponges”. Why they are releasing these PR’s on weekends or after market close is a mystery. We will just added it to the long list of other mysteries.
