I know. They have stock though.....and if they cannot raise any cash they will dilute with shares. I thought I remember reading somewhere that Ed stated there would be minimal dilution (sorry if I have misquoted)......but what does that mean? 1,2,4,5,more million shares? I dunno... I guess we will have to wait and see what evolves.
