Like I said don't believe everything you read on the internet. Every well in Akpo was planned in detail and every investor in every company knew exactly what was being done every single step of the way. Go read some of the early articles and you will clearly see how these plans were laid out. If you want to hang your hat on one article from one questionable source go ahead. I chose to believe the other 1000 sources that got it right. Public companies do not drill secret wells without telling their shareholders and without getting permission and permits from the host country. It wasn't done on Akpo, it wasn't done in Block 1 and it wasn't done anywhere else in the JDZ.
