[LODE MAKING ME RICH]

Recieved my Proxy by email a few days ago. I have thought hard and this is what I feel. A RS of 20 - 1 or 10 - 1 I could live with. But 200 - 1 and no lowering of the OS after the RS is not to my likeing. As far as I am concerned, they would not need that amount of OS if they supposedly would get bigger investors from the RS ? And I don't like the fact that I have invested over $11,000 into GSPG and see it RS'd away from 1.4m shares to 7k shares, just leaves a bad taste to me. So, I voted AGAINST the RS. This was my decision and mine alone, everyone should make their own decisions as to what to do with your votes! JMHO ! Thanks! :)

BTW, I feel that my vote does not make one bit of differance in how this will play out. But at least I did what I think is right. :)
