So they plan to buy 500 million back,per pinksheets 4.5 bill OS float 1.5 bil,AS 8.8 BIL,It would be much better if they was planning to decrease OS to 500 mil with the buyback LOL, even with 500 mil buyback,OS still over 4 BIl,setted my limit order for 3 day @ .0028 and finally got filled. This stop kinda lag after a PR,I wouldn't be surprise if we see a big spike tomorrow. GLTA
