Get a copy of the court order and watch the tape... the tape tells all not PR or Rumor's. The street reflects the company not the other way around. If the 20,000,000 deal was in the bag some one would know and start buying at this level, someone knows.. the fact that the stock isn't moving tells me it's just not in in the bag yet .. it still may come to pass but it's not here yet or someone would be buying shares. People know about about 20,000,000 deals. Its an elephant in the livingroom.
