SEAB, which showed up last week 'over there', is a MM that allegedly works on behalf of institutions.

We don't see them over here....yet. That might be a good sign if and when.

The other thing is that it's a B2B venture with a lot of Fortune 500 key words spoken for already, and then there's that 'launch' this Thursday.
