From February 1995 through May 1997, Mr. Dickson was the president and chief operating officer of Salex Corporation. Mr. Dickson has served as an executive vice president of the American Bankers Insurance Group and president of Interloc Corp. Mr. Dickson was awarded a Masters of Business Administration degree from Harvard University in 1979.
