That's amazing. Back when Art was around, my friends and I approached Larry Deutsche at Berger and Montague about our legal options against Capital Growth and their involvement with BCIT.

Funny how a major securities law firm was able to give us an opinion for free. No retainer needed.

In fact, major law firms never charge a retainer for legal opinions.
