flota. Why do you say, "shorts have to cover at end of year? I've seen it twice now. I believe this to be incorrect.

In fact, shorts NEVER have to cover unless the stock goes up to where a shorter's broker makes a forced buy to cover the poor soul's loss(s).

With these sub penny stocks the stock price can go to zero and no cover EVER has to be made.
