Bad move ...IMO ... wait to see if anything happens by end of year ...then tell your accountant to register them worthless and take a loss to offset gains for tax purposes ... ANYTHING can happen here ... He could get an offer for the shell from somebody who will update filings and "unlock" SERW ... and do a Reverse Merger into something !! ....GL
