Interesting that he would single out one of the several retailers he's mentioned.

What we don't know is whether or not sales efforts to retailers had already been made by ZVTK principals and if so whether or not they were rebuffed. Perhaps Not enough 'ammunition' from infomercials, Amazon sales and Alexa rankings.

Many have been posting about the liklihood or imminence of a retail deal. Now all we have is confirmation that they've contracted with a company to approach the retailers.

Obviously the contracted company must feel that they can deliver and I would expect that their compensation is contingent on closing retail deals.

All in all, good news. And considering the absence of substantive news directly from ZVTK, a strong step in the right direction.
