Why did David G. Dickey, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Group President, resign? There was no successor waiting in the wings. Some possibilites below:

1. His vision for CEMJQ is very different than Rogerson's vision.

2. CEMJQ will not exit BK - no future for CEMJQ or for him.

3. CEMJQ performance products is being sold, and Dickey still walks away with a bundle.

4. His resignation was a suprise to Rogerson. Dickey got an offer he could not refuse.
