What I do KNOW is that the "dumping" and "dilution" those that are crying scam are preaching was done WEEKS ago now. There has been absolutely no change in the OS since right after shares were "dumped" when the PR was released that they the Board and major stockholders had agreed to sell the company. I still think that "dumping" or "diluting" (use your term of choice) was done as part of the purchase terms.
I have to ask myself that if this were a scam, why would they have hosted the conference call or put out clarifying PR's after all the nitpicking that the company might be stupid enough to sell all shares for a total of $.01? They could have just as easily ended the "scam" then, correct? Why prolong this when they have not put more shares into the market? There is a lack of logic there when you really stop to consider what is truly known.
If and when VFIN moves off the ask at .01, I will have doubts as to the sale. Until then, I hold enough shares that maybe, after 16 long months of trying, I can actually refinance my house.
