That may be correct however there is verbage in they order that if the default a payment they forfeit the protection and assets.

This is over my head as to if they are out of BK or still protected by it. I just don't know.

Until they pay all debts confirmed or get a new decision that changes whats owed . I think they are still under the protection of the court.
