Hi Janet

Well I don't have any quantities because I copied it off a menu the other day but really sounded delicious. Black bean chicken with Thai Sweet Pepper Sauce. I'm sure it wouldn't take much to tweak just get around the Black Bean Sauce and add the Thai sauce to taste and I reckon Bob's your Uncle? :)
