VNTU News...
I got a phone call today from my sister, who's house I was living at way back when I first bought VENI shares.
Ventures National mailed me that they are merging with a company called Titan EMS. Titan is in the business of printed circuitboards according to the mailing. There is a Press Release about this that I found on Yahoo that I will post next.
Apparently there will be a NEW BOD again and shareholders need to vote on it.
My sister is forwarding the snail mail to me here and I will post more details when I receive it.
