Good morning, all. And, yes, this may turn out to be a very good morning (or maybe tomorrow)!

I can reveal that the AGM is likely to be announced today or tomorrow.

The accounts should be published by the end of the week.

I am told that our numbers are in fact already incorporated within Oando's numbers. PWC prioritized Oando and wanted them sorted first.

Another good piece of news, which I had mentioned before, I can now reveal. A six month's extension has been given on the JDZ by the Joint Development Authority. This will allow Sinopec to do further studies and come back with a formal re-evaluation of Block 2. There have been 4 gas discoveries so it is possible we could get a gas scheme going even without the oil.

Oando will also be looking to start the process for a London listing now that their accounts have been published. They have, apparently, just completed their fund raising which was started two months ago and quite a few London investors have bought the rights. They are very keen to be an internationally recognized company.

Let's hope this is the start of better things for long suffering EEL holders!
