The yahoo board isn’t subjective or bios. They seldom tell adult what to say or not to say. To date I have not been placed on indefinite restrictions due to subjectivity. I assume that I responding to a pertinent topic, otherwise this will be a probable as well. Now for ARTS…The stock is riddled with ambiguity and controversy which renders it venerable to just about every verbal viral attack that is uttered. The stats will show that this is a better penny stock than most but the PPS reflects quite the opposite. Management needs to not only pay attention but fix this if they intend to continue diluting successfully. Otherwise, this stock will continue to be a flip stock at best. The stats warrants a much higher price but who is working on that?
