It appears so, and so were other entities/employees. Evidence of this are the lawsuits, BS cash flow excuses, no Bank financing and the resulting factor deal.

Really start to pile up MOJO. Now if we were to hear from Metter, these appearences could go away. But thats all we have at the moment. And that is, seemingly independent parties acting in a very strange way toward Metter. Very strange indeed. And those factor guys are so sweet.
