So what I see happening here is, Tom and Rodger, cook up this whole scheme of there being a buyer to saver Rodgers Property.. JMO
1.4mil +/- owed on the property and the loans are in ( were as of two weeks ago) default, so to save property they need to raise 1.4 mil this is where THRR comes in and they say “ WE have a potential buyer ……” everyone gets greedy and tries to cash in all the while they are sitting back cashing in on your greed because your are blind..JMO

To date they have pocketed about $2mil +/-… from the shares that have been dumped on the market to everyone blinded by the potential $$$$.... Thus braking cardinal rule #1 in trading do not be blinded by the $$$$$$ . it’s my rule #1 and really should be top 5 for every trader…JMO
