Two Lawsuits on one product:

While it was interesting reading Malcolm's point of view, I can only hope what he says is true. What we are all forgetting, though, is that there are two points of view, at least, in every case. So until we hear the other side of the story, it is too early to make a definitive decision on whom is telling the truth. Remember, there are 2 lawsuits on one product involving a "start-up" company that claims to be getting excellent advice. It seems that if they are getting the excellent advice as Malcolm claims, they wouldn't be in this position today. I do understand that the problem with Waldroff may have happened quite a few years ago, possibly before these particular attorneys were on board, but their dispute with PP is recent. Also, CYGX is a small company to this day, with problems getting financing, but does that qualify them to still be called a "start-up" company after 10 years in business?
