well that is something that none of us have the answer to at this point as we do not yet have all the details yet. However, I firmly believe that the buyer already owns the majority of the shares so that on the closing date they only have to pay .01 for the shares not already in their possession.
If i was the company buying THRR I would have started buying up shares long ago. Their intentions in the beginning could have been to do a hostile take over in which case they would have been buying shares to gain a majority (51%). They could have been buying billions of shares at .0001 for all we know.

I guess we all will have to wait for the rest of the story to unfold and then we can all do the calculations to figure out the actual purchase price.
