This was a scam from the get-go.

First there was the much-touted medical resort which is still the subject of a foreclosure action as Talbot stopped making payments almost immediately, then it was the test kits.

The kits were never anything special, but for Talbot they were a useful Potemkin village, which, along with his myriad claims of contracts and/or sales in the tens and even hundreds of millions of dollars, he used to rope in unsuspecting investors like yourself.

He is now doing the same thing with NWGC.

I wouldn't hold out much hope on the GTC either, but who knows . . .
