Most brokerage firms are pretty much the same

If you want money in your account right away, you have to do a Wire Transfer from your bank and it usually takes about 2hours.

If you hold a stock for three day and then sell the stock, the money should go right into your account so you buy more stock, but if you sell it right away you have to wait 3 days for funds to clear. I also have TDAmeritrade.

I hope this helps, if i'm missing something I hope someone will correct me!
