The Dizzy Gillespie album they show a picture of (A Night in Tunisia) is listed on Amazon as being by Hindsight Records. So, that seems to be consistent. My guess is that they are indeed trying to put together a legit company.

The problem is this: how many shares were issued to buy this catalogue (and what else is in it)? How many new shares will go to CEO? The market cap of the existing shares is quite small, but is that because a ton of additional shares are coming on line (either for Hindsight, CEO, or other acquisition)?

This is the key point. For instance, if they do the R/S and then issue new shares up to the current A/S, then it is safe to say current shareholders are toast. On the other hand, if they only issue a relatively small number, then you all do very well. What size slice of the new company do you all get.

If the deal with Hindsight has been finalized, I don't see why they wouldn't clarify its terms. Until they do, I'm staying away.
