OT. Mortgage defaults driving consumer spending? Here's an interesting article:

It's all the authors opinion, but it would be a kicker if it was true.....$3.8 Billion/month being spent by people on consumer goods (instead of paying their mortgage payment). It's the new way to finance the economy off of the housing market!!
